Welcome to the Legion!

It’s apparently rumor day in superhero land, and I like this one. You guys remember the news about a female-fronted Spider-Man movie from the super cool Lisa Joy Nolan? (She wrote a fantastic comic book a few years back called ‘Headache,’ which makes me wish she was writing the Wonder Woman film.) Well, our friend Devin Faraci over at Badass Digest is reporting that the film is currently called Glass Ceiling (which will likely change) and will feature a number of female superheroes including, Silk, Black Cat, Spider-Girl and Silver Sable. Maybe even Spider-Woman and Firestar.

If this is true, Sony could make a big leap ahead of Marvel and DC in terms of female superheroes in films. We’ll keep you updated as the rumor develops.
