The original Sony PlayStation was released in Japan on Dec. 3, 1994. To celebrate the event, Sony is releasing a 20th anniversary edition of the PS4. They’re releasing 12,300 of these babies worldwide. (Get the date? 12/3?) They’re going to cost $499 in the U.S. and you can start pre-ordering them on Saturday. We’ll get more details during the keynote address during the PlayStation Experience in Las Vegas this weekend. The console comes with a stand to allow it to rest on its side and a PlayStation camera.
