Wayward-Pines

Got internet? Of course you do! Because FOX is offering a free an advanced preview to first episode of their new series Wayward Pines starting right now through Thursday, April 30 at 11:59 PM ET/PT.

Based on a best-selling novel and brought to life by suspenseful storyteller M. Night Shyamalan (The Sixth Sense), Wayward Pines is an intense, mind-bending 10-episode thriller starring Academy Award nominee Matt Dillon (Crash) as a Secret Service agent on a mission to find two missing federal agents in the bucolic town of Wayward Pines, ID. Every step closer to the truth makes him question if he will ever get out of Wayward Pines alive.

The first episode is available to watch for free on FOX On Demand via participating pay-TV providers, including AT&T U-verse, Bright House Networks, Cablevision, Charter, Cox, DIRECTV, Mediacom, Suddenlink, Time Warner Cable, Verizon FiOS, XFINITY and many more. Fans can also stream the episode free at FOX.com, FOX NOW and Hulu, as well as on Facebook. The free preview episode will be available to watch via Amazon Instant Video, Google Play, PlayStation Store, VUDU and Xbox Video as well.

Outside the U.S., the preview will be available free on FOX’s international authenticated app, FOX Play, across all participating regions. Additionally the episode will be accessible through regional pay-TV providers, international fox.com pages, social media platforms, SVOD and web services.

Wayward Pines premieres Thursday, May 14 at 9 PM ET/PT on FOX. The show will debut in in more than 126 countries simultaneously, which will make it the world’s largest day-and-date launch for a scripted series ever. I wonder if they’ve taken into account all the anime that have been simulcast around the world as well…

The all-star cast also includes Academy and Emmy Award winner Melissa Leo (The Fighter), Academy Award nominee Terrence Howard (CrashHustle & Flow“), Carla Gugino (Entourage), Shannyn Sossamon (How to Make It in America), Toby Jones (the Harry Potter franchise) and Academy Award and Emmy Award nominee Juliette Lewis (Cape Fear).
