Welcome to the Legion of Leia Podcast, Episode 8! This week, my co-hosts Anastasia Washington and Sabina Ibarra and I welcome guest Audrey Kearns from Geek Girl Authority, and podcasts Kneel Before Aud and Poll Cats as well as the storytelling slam 5 Truths and a Lie, which I’ve been lucky enough to participate in! You guys have to check it out!

The show gets a bit raunchy this week as we discuss boobs in video games after a “discussion” I had with a lovely troll about our article on Metal Gear Solid V and Quiet’s outfit. We also talk about some serious Star Wars: The Force Awakens spoilers (maybe) revealed in the comic Star Wars: Shattered Empire and what the reveal of Mads Mikkelson‘s character name in Star Wars Anthology: Rogue One might mean. (We warn you before we talk about it! We don’t know anything. We’re just speculating here.)

We discuss our favorite Star Trek episodes, as Audrey is a huge fan and I spent last night writing a chapter for the book Star Trek Psychology. We also go into John Diggle‘s new outfit in Arrow, the awful “comedy” video Dear Fat People. Also, Sabina got a chance to chat about sexism and Crimson Peak with Guillermo Del Toro. She mentions it on the podcast. Here is a link to what he said.

Oh, and back to the raunchy stuff. We talk about the weird poop museum in Japan, as well as the … um … Japanese reality show where ladies … um, jerk guys off while they try to sing karaoke. No, really. It’s absolutely a thing. I’ve linked to it for you, but it is NSFW!

Give it a listen below and may the Force be with you!
