On this week’s 13th episode of the Legion of Leia Podcast, my co-hosts Anastasia Washington and Sabina Ibarra and I welcome guest Dr. Janina Scarlet, author of the upcoming book “Superhero Therapy,” and multiple chapter author for “The Walking Dead Psychology: Psych of the Living Dead,” “Star Wars Psychology: Dark Side of the Mind,” “Game of Thrones Psychology: The Mind is Dark and Full of Terrors,” “Star Trek Psychology: The Mental Frontier” and “Captain American vs. Iron Man Psychology,” the last four of which, Janina and I did chapters together! She’s also a writer for us at Legion of Leia! (FYI: Walking Dead and Star Wars are available now, and the rest you can pre-0rder!)

We get way into the trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, what’s canon, the new books, what our favorite superhero says about us and more! Janina tells the most amazing story about what Superhero Therapy really is and how it helped one of her patients. I dare you not to cry!

Follow Janina on Twitter @shadowquill and check out her website superhero-therapy.com. Scroll down for the podcast and make sure to subscribe and rate us on iTunes! May the Force be with you!
