On this week’s 12th episode of the Legion of Leia Podcast, my co-hosts Anastasia Washington and Sabina Ibarra and I welcome guest Joseph Scrimshaw, comedian and podcast host for The Jedi Alliance and Obsessed. He’s also got a brand new comedy album out called Rebel Scum!

This week, we talk all about the newest Journey to Star Wars: The Force Awakens books, including Moving Target, the one about Princess Leia by Cecil Castellucci, who I just interviewed and Lost Stars, which I apparently fell asleep with on my face last night. We also go into the newly announced gender-swapped Twilight book announced by Stephanie Meyer (oh god), the trailer for The Good Dinosaur and how I think Disney/Pixar should go into business with Kleenex. There is a discussion of blowing one’s nose into a dinosaur, but regular podcast listeners will not be surprised by this.

We debate the merits of Pacific Rim and praise the hell out of Maisie Williams possible role in the sequel, discuss Doctor Who‘s amazing season start and the Jessica Jones campaign. Check it out below and follow Joseph on Twitter @JosephScrimshaw. May the Force be with you!
