Welcome to the Legion!

The newest issue of Total Film features images of Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman in action! And some more pictures of Batman and Superman too.

The four new stills show some behind the scenes shots of the two title characters in the upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, including a confrontation between the two, as well as the aforementioned shot of Wonder Woman amongst what appears to be a fiery battleground.  Or maybe she is just enjoying some R&R on a demolished stone wall by a particularly intense bonfire.  The picture is kind of dark, so it’s hard to tell.

In fact, if there’s one thing we can take away from these images, it’s that Batman v Superman continues to appear to be on the dark side, and not just because these photos were seemingly taken at night.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, adapted by Chris Terrio from a screenplay by David S. Goyer, will see the return of Man of Steel’s Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman.  Ben Affleck stars as Bruce Wayne/Batman, with Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, which will mark not only the Israeli actress’s first performance of the role, but will also be the beloved DC superheroine’s blockbuster debut.  Jason Momoa is slated to make an appearance as Aquaman.  Rounding out the all-star cast are Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane, who will reprise their roles from Man of Steel and new arrivals Jeremy Irons as Alfred, Jessie Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, and Holly Hunter in an original role.

Directed by Zack Snyder Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice opens worldwide on March 25, 2016.
