Welcome to the Legion!

Disney and Lucasfilm have released all new character posters for Star Wars: The Force Awakens. We have new looks at Rey (Daisy Ridley), Finn (John Boyega), Han Solo (Harrison Ford), Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher, who sprinkled glitter on the people meeting her at Comikaze Expo this weekend because she is awesome) and Kylo Ren (Adam Driver). Though we’ve seen everyone with their weapons before, it’s an interesting look at who’s got what. Rey has her staff, though it certainly mirrors a lightsaber in terms of the art style here. Finn, of course, has what we believe to be Luke Skywalker’s old lightsaber. Han has his blaster, of course. Kylo Ren has his red lightsaber. Leia looked to me, at first glance, to have a green lightsaber, but it’s just a trick of the eye. It’s a green light and it looks like her background is a computer wall. Or she may be inside a sphere. Does this mean she’s still running the rebellion the way she was in Empire Strikes Back? From a command center?

Check out the posters bel0w and give us your thoughts. Once again, we’re missing Luke. Star Wars: The Force Awakens will hit theaters on December 18.
