xmen apocalypse

No, seriously, what is with the first look photos today? In yet another one, we have a first look at Magneto‘s (Michael Fassbender) lair from X-Men: Apocalypse. The pic is in the latest issue of EW on news stands now. “One of Apocalypse’s many powers is he can imbue other mutants with greater ones,” says director Bryan Singer. Case in point: In the concept art image (above), Singer says, “Magneto is demonstrating a small taste of what he can do now. Magneto is already enormously powerful…. Now Apocalypse gives him powers far beyond what we’ve seen before.”

Here is the official synopsis: “Professor X (James McAvoy) and Raven (Jennifer Lawrence) lead a team of young X-Men to stop the immortal mutant Apocalypse (Oscar Isaac) from destroying mankind.”

Check out the concept art below and let us know what you think. X-Men: Apocalypse is directed by Bryan Singer and will hit theaters on May 27, 2016.
