Welcome to the Legion!

On this week’s 34th episode of the Legion of Leia podcast, Chase Masterson (Star Trek: Deep Space NineThe Flash and the Doctor Who spinoff Vienna) joins myself and my co-hosts Anastasia Washington and Sabina Ibarra to talk about thePop Culture Hero Coalition. This is a cause that’s really close to my heart, especially after dealing with gamergate. I talk to so many kids who’ve been bullied and the work Chase and the Coalition are doing, with the UN, Amnesty International, NOH8 and more is amazing! Chase, along with Carrie Goldman (who was on a previous episode of the Legion of Leia podcast) started this organization, which appears at cons, speaks at schools and more. They even reached out to the school that was a few blocks away from the terrorist attacks in California last year to help with counseling.

May the Force be with you.
