Welcome to the Legion!

Hey Legion! I hope you had a great holiday weekend! On this week’s Legion of Leia Podcast episode 49, my co-hosts Anastasia WashingtonSabina Ibarra and I welcome host and comedian Yael Tygiel! This lady knows her geek (though at least she joined me on the quiet side of the table for one specific topic). She’s also got a podcast called Intimate Interrogations, which you can check out on iTunes. This week, we take on the new toys and droid from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Looks like we’re getting lots of Jyn toys, and gosh it’s glorious to not have to complain about that.

There is also a Squirrel Girl series in the works, and we have quite a bit to say about that, including yet another show with a female lead! Imagine! Then there is that Marvel Tsum Tsum game that Yael is probably never going to forgive me for. There is Game of Thrones casting, the possibility of a Harry Potter and the Cursed Child movie (quiet side of the table) and Moulin Rouge on stage. Seriously, how has that not happened?

For the record, I don’t understand Tsum Tsums. It’s like a loaf of person. Shudder. Check it out below and let us know what you think. Check out Yael’s podcast and follow her on Twitter @YaelTygiel, on Instagram and on Facebook!

May the Force be with you!
