will-and-grace-revival

GOOD NEWS! One of NBC’s best and gayest sitcoms, Will & Grace, may actually be on its way to a comeback!

TV Line reports that NBC is currently in talks of reviving Will & Grace. This will including bringing back series creators David Kohan and Max Mutchnick, and stars Eric McCormack, Debra Messing, Megan Mullally and Sean Hayes.

kermit-yay

The current plan is for a limited run of original episodes, but it’s not clear when those episodes would air or how many there would be.

According to Deadline, the revival might be on NBC, but Netflix is also in the running. I’m sure Netflix wouldn’t mindproducing new episodes of an old favorite TV show, as they did for Arrested DevelopmentFull House and the upcoming Gilmore Girls, among others. Then again, NBC really needs a win in the comedy department. So who knows?

If the revival series happens and turns out to be a big hit, maybe we’ll finally have the original series available for streaming? Because, really, guys. It’s kind of ridiculous that Friends gets to be on Netflix, but not Will & Grace.

Do the original cast still have what it takes? You bet your sweet tush, they do. The original cast and crew reunited two weeks ago on YouTube where our favorite characters took on the highly topical 2016 Presidential Election. They don’t miss a beat. The reunion garnered over six millions views. You can watch the video below.
