Welcome to the Legion!

It looks like the Power of Three is coming back to television. Charmed, which starred Holly Marie Combs, Alyssa Milano, and Shannen Doherty, and later Rose McGowan is getting a reboot from The CW, according to Deadline. There is no news on casting, but the show is coming to us from the people behind Jane the Virgin. As you likely have heard, the network is also doing a reboot of Dynasty and a series based on the film The Lost Boys.

I was lucky enough to moderate a Charmed panel at Wizard World a while back and from the incredibly packed room and the devoted fans, it seems likely that this show will have an audience. I was a fan back in the day and I’m willing to give this a shot.

What are your thoughts on the return of the charmed sisters? Were you a fan? Do you think it’s sacred and we should leave it alone? I often do with reboots, but this time, it seems like a good idea, especially from the gang that’s making it. What say you, Legion? Leave your thoughts in the comments or tweet us @LegionofLeia! Leaving the intro below so you have have it in your head for the rest of the day, just like me.

  • What the what?? NO!! I dislike reboots as a concept and given the ginormous “Book of Shadows” limited edition collection of the original show currently sitting in my living room, I’m going to go with “LEAVE IT ALONE!”?
