In an exclusive from The Hollywood Reporter, it was announced that James Cromwell will be joining the cast of the Jurassic World sequel.  The actor will be joining returning actors Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard in the production.

No details have been revealed for who Cromwell will be playing. Details surrounding the upcoming sequel have been kept close to the chest by the writers and the studio. All we do know is that Pratt’s and Howard’s characters will be returning to raise some dinosaur related havoc.

J.A. Bayona will be directing in this upcoming film. He recently worked on A Monster CallsFrank Marshall, Pat Crowley, Steven Spielberg, Belen Atienza and Colin Trevorrow will be producing the film.

Shooting for the sequel will begin later this month. The expected release date for the sequel has been set for June 22, 2018.
