Vera Farmiga to Star in ‘Philip K. Dick’s Electric Dreams’ Anthology Series
Bates Motel actor Vera Farmiga is set to star alongside Mel Rodriguez (The Last Man on Earth) in an episode of Channel 4’s new anthology series, Philip K. Dick’s Electric Dreams, entitled “Kill All Others.”
Farmiga will play a politician who makes shocking statements that incite violence. (Goodness, why does that sound so familiar?) Rodriguez plays opposite Farmiga as a man who dares to question her stance and later finds himself a target. Jason Mitchell from Straight Outta Compton, Glenn Morshower, and Sarah Brown also star.
Channel 4’s Philip K. Dick’s Electric Dreams is a 10-episode anthology series based on a short story written by the legendary science fiction writer Philip K. Dick. You may have heard of him…
Already announced to star in the series are Bryan Cranston, who is also serving as an executive producer, Steve Buscemi, Richard Madden, Anna Paquin, Terrence Howard, Greg Kinnear, Timothy Spall, Sidse Babett Knudsen, Mireille Enos, Anne Reid, Tuppence Middleton, Hayley Squires, Holliday Grainger, Jack Reynor, Benedict Wong and Geraldine Chaplin.
Talk about star power!
Philip K. Dick’s Electric Dreams was commissioned by Channel 4, which will air the series later this year. Have no fear, Americans! Amazon Prime Video will launch it here in the U.S.
