Ocean’s 8

New Ocean’s 8 Trailer Brings All the Women Together in Spinoff of Well-Loved Series

Warner Bros. Pictures and Village Roadshow Pictures have released the firs trailer for the upcoming Ocean’s 8, the all-female spin-off/sequel to the popular Ocean’s 11 film franchise. It looks like robbery is in the Ocean blood, no matter how much resistance is had.

The general synopsis for the film is below:

In Summer 2018, the tide will turn as Debbie Ocean (Sandra Bullock) attempts to pull off the heist of the century at New York City’s star-studded annual Met Gala. Her first stop is to assemble the perfect crew: Lou (Cate Blanchett); Nine Ball (Rihanna); Amita (Mindy Kaling); Constance (Awkwafina); Rose (Helena Bonham Carter); Daphne Kluger (Anne Hathaway); and Tammy (Sarah Paulson).

Ocean’s 8 cast will also include James Corden and Dakota Fanning in undisclosed roles. The film will also include cameos from Matt Damon, Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Anna Wintour, Adriana Lima, and Katie Holmes.

The film will be directed by Gary Ross, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Olivia Milch. Steven Soderbergh and Jon Kilik are producing. Michael Tadross, Susan Ekins, Sandra Bullock, Diana Alvarez, and Bruce Berman are executive producing, with Milch co-producing.
