The trailer that I have personally been waiting for has finally been released during the Superbowl tonight and I am sooooo excited. Westworld is probably the most anticipated TV series returning this year. And now we have a date.

The story of Westworld is based on the film of the same name written by best-selling author Michael Crichton. Westworld offers a dark odyssey about the dawn of artificial consciousness and the evolution of sin. Set at the intersection of the near future and the reimagined past, it explores a world in which every human appetite, no matter how noble or depraved, can be indulged.

The cast also Evan Rachel Wood, Thandie Newton, Anthony Hopkins, Ed Harris, James Marsden, Jeffrey Wright, Tessa Thompson, Sidse Babett Knudsen, Jimmi Simpson, Rodrigo Santoro, Shannon Woodward, Ingrid Bolsø Berdal, Ben Barnes, Simon Quarterman, Angela Sarafyan, Luke Hemsworth, Hiroyuki Sanada, and Clifton Collins, Jr.

There will also be a host of new faces like Gustaf SkarsgardFares Fares, Katja Herbers, Neil Jackson Betty Gabriel, and Jonathan Tucker.

The trailer revealed that Season 2 premieres on April 22, 2018, at 9 p.m. Mark your calendars. Make sure you check out the trailer below and let us know your thoughts. We are dying to hear what you think.
