Mission: Impossible – Fallout trailer released online after Superbowl Teaser

It’s one trailer after another, but this is the first one so far during the Superbowl that has made us go online to check out the trailer for the filmThat is very smart for Paramount Pictures because it forces us to contribute to wracking up the views for the trailer.

This film definitely looks like it will be going a different direction than we are used to for the series. This comes as no surprise with the return of director Christopher McQuarrie. Part of the agreement for him coming back was that he wanted to take the film in a different route. So far, it looks like he is doing it.

The official synopsis is below:

The best intentions often come back to haunt you.  MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE – FALLOUT finds Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and his IMF team (Alec Baldwin, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames) along with some familiar allies (Rebecca Ferguson, Michelle Monaghan) in a race against time after a mission gone wrong.  Henry Cavill, Angela Bassett, and Vanessa Kirby also join the dynamic cast with filmmaker Christopher McQuarrie returning to the helm.
