Welcome to the Legion!

All things must come to an end – watch the trailer for the series finale of Star Wars Rebels

Hold on to your hearts, my Jedi friends. Today we have a trailer for the series finale of Star Wars Rebels. It’s hard to believe that these characters that we’ve grown to love are leaving us, but it’s going to be a big episode. Emperor Palpatine (voiced by Ian McDiarmid who played the role in all the Star Wars live-action films is showing up. The Star Wars Rebels series finale will air on Monday, March 5 at 8:30PM on Disney XD.

Here is the synopsis for the Star Wars Rebels finale: “The Ghost crew joins the growing Rebel Alliance, struggling to unite against the Galactic Empire. However, when a new Imperial threat arises on Lothal, Ezra leads the crew back to his home world to defeat the oppressive forces of the Empire, under the command of the cunning Grand Admiral Thrawn. Old friends are reunited and new allegiances are forged as the series builds to its epic conclusion.”

I would recommend tissues for this one, from the behind-the-scenes stuff I’ve been hearing. So, Legion, tell us how you’re feeling about the end of the series. What do you want to see? What were your favorite moments? Are you prepared for the end? Let us know your thoughts in the comments or tweet us @LegionofLeia.
