Welcome to the Legion!

Deadpool 2 International Poster

Previously on Deadpool…

Today 20th Century Fox released a brand new international trailer from Deadpool 2, which is mostly an extension of the trailer they released last week. In the trailer released previously, we were introduced to the actual plot of the film. I’m still desperately waiting for the bovines to appear. Oh, and Cable keeps showing up. More bovines. Less Cable. That’s what I want. (Note: I’m purely joking.)

In the comics, Cable was the biological son of  Cyclops (Scott Summers) and Madelyne Pryor (Jean Grey’s clone). He is from a future timeline. He was transported as an infant to the future, where he grew into a warrior, before returning to the present.

Make sure you check out the trailer below and let us know your thoughts.

The official shenanigans-filled synopsis for the film is below:

After surviving a near fatal bovine attack, a disfigured cafeteria chef (Wade Wilson) struggles to fulfill his dream of becoming Mayberry’s hottest bartender while also learning to cope with his lost sense of taste. Searching to regain his spice for life, as well as a flux capacitor, Wade must battle ninjas, the yakuza, and a pack of sexually aggressive canines, as he journeys around the world to discover the importance of family, friendship, and flavor – finding a new taste for adventure and earning the coveted coffee mug title of World’s Best Lover.

Ryan Reynolds is back in the role of the disfigured merc with a mouth. Josh Brolin and Zazie Beetz join him, playing Cable and Domino respectfully. Jack Kesy will be playing an undisclosed villain in the film. Shioli Kutsuna and Julian Dennison will be playing undisclosed roles.

Deadpool 2 will be released in theaters on May 17, 2018.
