Cary Elwes (The Princess BrideSaw) and Jake Busey (The PredatorRay Donovan) have joined the cast of the Netflix series Stranger Things for season 3, according to Deadline. The news came from Netflix Chief Content Officer Ted Sarandos in Rome today. Both actors will appear in guest roles for the streaming series.

Elwes will play the role of Mayor Kline who is described as, “handsome, slick and sleazy… your classic 80s politician — more concerned with his own image than with the people of the small town he governs.” Busey will play Bruce, a journalist for “The Hawkins Post” with “questionable morals and a sick sense of humor.”

There aren’t any plot details for the third season of Stranger Things, including a release date. As you know, the show centers around a group of kids in the 1980s who are dealing with supernatural happenings. The show stars Winona Ryder as Joyce Byers, David Harbour as Chief Jim Hopper, Millie Bobby Brown as Eleven, Finn Wolfhard as Mike Wheeler, Noah Schnapp as Will Byers, Caleb McLaughlin as Lucas Sinclair, Gaten Matarazzo as Dustin Henderson, Cara Buono as Karen Wheeler, Natalia Dyer as Nancy Wheeler, Charlie Heaton as Jonathan Byers, Joe Keery as Steve Harrington, Dacre Montgomery as Billy, and Sadie Sink as Max.
