Today Netflix has released a brand new poster for the highly anticipated third season of Marvel’s Daredevil and it shows Matt Murdock going through a transformation. The first costume the superhero had is melting away in liquid flames, showing the darker, stripped down version of the blind superhero that we’ve seen in the teasers and trailers. You can check out the full poster for the third season below.

Marvel’s Daredevil Season 3 will hit Netflix later this week, and every single teaser has gotten my psyched, from a darker Matt Murdock to the return of Vincent D’Onofrio as Kingpin in his comic book white suit to this look at our newest baddie, played by Wilson Bethel (How to Get Away With MurderCriminal Minds). The line in the poster is “Let the devil out,” and it appears that Matt is going to be much darker and much more alone. Even the trailer shows very little of Foggy and Karen, the two people who were keeping Matt grounded in reality through the last two seasons.

Season 2 of Marvel’s Daredevil starred Charlie Cox (Matt Murdock/Daredevil), Jon Bernthal (Frank Castle), Elodie Yung (Elektra), Deborah Ann Woll (Karen Page), Elden Henson (Foggy Nelson), Rosario Dawson (Claire Temple), and Scott Glenn (Stick).

Marvel’s Daredevil Season 3 is set to premiere exclusively on Netflix October 19, 2018. What do you think of the brand new poster? Tweet your thoughts to us at @LegionofLeia and let us know what you think.
