Revisit the ’80s in the new SYFY teaser for Deadly Class

SYFY just released a brand new teaser at New York Comic-Con for their upcoming series Deadly Class. Produced by the Russo Brothers, the series takes place in the 1980s and is based on the best-selling graphic novel of the same name. Deadly Class will debut on SYFY on January 16, 2019.

Here is the official info for Deadly Class: There’s a big wonderful decade out there for you to explore. The 80s was more than neon lights, a synth soundtrack, and basement D&D. “Just Say Yes” to the unsanitized 80s. Produced by the Russo brothers – and based on the best-selling graphic novel – Deadly Class premieres January 16 on SYFY.

The graphic novel was created by Rick Remender and Wes Craig. The cast includes Benedict Wong, Benjamin Wadsworth, Lana Condor, Maria Gabriela de Faria, Luke Tennie, Liam James, and Michel Duval. Deadly Class will be directed by Adam Targum (Banshee) and Lee Toland Krieger (The Age of Adaline). The series comes to us from Sony Pictures Television Studios and Universal Cable Productions. It will be executive produced by Remender and Miles Feldsott, Joe Russo (Avengers: Infinity WarCaptain America films), Anthony Russo (Avengers: Infinity WarCaptain America films) and Mike Larocca (Spy) from Russo Brothers Productions, as well as Targum for Chipmunk Kill and Krieger.
